I am a corporate lawyer based in the London office of DLA Piper.
Living and working in London is truly exciting and offers many opportunities to work with founders and startups as they look to grow and expand their businesses.
My clients include venture capital and tech fund managers and investors. I advise them about the full spectrum of funds work, including the structuring and establishment of funds, fund restructuring and fund investments. I particularly enjoy advising first time fund managers about the structuring and establishment of their funds and helping them navigate the legal and regulatory complexities of the industry.
Since joining DLA Piper I have also had the pleasure to work with and advise some of the leading institutional investors in venture capital and tech companies about their fund investment programmes, including Aviva Ventures and Samsung Venture Investment.
I am an active member of DLA Piper's Global Investment Funds Group, and I relish the opportunity to collaborate and share experiences across our network.
Outside the office, I enjoy watching football (read soccer), rugby and cricket, playing tennis and reading travel books, such as those by the British explorer Levison Wood.
