I am a corporate and transactional attorney, but more importantly, an advocate, who concentrates on emerging growth companies through all stages of development. I also represent investors, including angels, venture capitalists and private equity investors, in their investments in such companies. I guide these companies and investors from formation through exit and everything in between. My practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and securities law matters, primarily in the technology, life sciences and healthcare industries. My transactional experience includes venture capital and private equity financings, IPOs, PIPEs, registered direct offerings and direct follow-on offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions. I really enjoy bringing a transaction together that enables the funding for future growth for an entrepreneurial team, whether a VC round or an IPO, and seeing that fundraising event through a successful M&A exit down the road. I work out of both the New York and Short Hills offices.
When not working, I can usually be found on the baseball and soccer field coaching my two kids or at the beach or playing golf in the summer. I am a proud University of Michigan fan and alumnus and can be found supporting any and all things Maize and Blue.
