I'm a corporate lawyer in the Melbourne office of DLA Piper. My practice focuses on startups, M&A and equity capital markets.
I work closely with early-stage companies to assist them with all their legal needs, including set up steps, corporate structuring and capital raising, and I also regularly assist on sale processes. I have also had experience in venture capital investments, most recently acting for OneVentures, a Sydney-headquartered fund on its sale of Charm Health, a leading supplier of specialist oncology eHealth systems.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, I studied and worked in Tokyo. I act on many transactions involving Japanese counterparties and still maintain my connections in the Australia-Japan community.
Outside of work, I have a one-year-old son, who keeps me very busy. I'm also into music and play drums.
