Jose Ignacio Marín concentrates his practice on corporate structuring and governance; company and investor-side venture and debt financings; and private investment fund formation and operation, including CORFO-backed funds. He additionally advises startups on debt and equity financing rounds as well as on the development of the strategy and implementation of ESOPs.
José is also experienced in advising startups on expansion and internationalization, through both flips as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
