I am an international employment attorney who represents global companies as well as US companies emerging in new markets. My practice focuses on employee onboarding, compliance with local law, diligence advice in relation to non-US employment and related aspects of acquisitions. I have worked on numerous international expansion projects as well as day-to-day compliance projects.
On a personal level, I am from Siberia, Russia. I graduated from Moscow State University and practiced for several years back home. I received my LLM at Harvard Law School and moved to the Bay Area to join the amazing DLA Piper team two years ago. I enjoy skiing, reading and spending time with my wonderful friends and family.
