Philipp Tsukanov

I am a corporate associate in our Palo Alto Office. I represent public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and other corporate matters. My clients are early stage startups, venture capital investors and public companies.

I grew up and started my legal career in Russia. There I was focusing on M&A,  joint ventures, commercial and industrial real estate as well as investment projects. This work experience allows me to better understand the needs and fears of our European and Russian clients who are new to US market.

I came to US in 2014, completed my LLM at Berkeley Law (Go Bears!!) and then joined our great team of associates in Silicon Valley. I live with my wife, son and our dog Kuzya. I am passionate about traveling, skiing, windsurfing and tennis.

I am fluent in English and Russian.
