I´m originally from Argentina but have been living in Chile since 2003. As many lawyers, I was told from a very young age that I was good at arguing so I should study law. Only years later I realized that what I wanted to do was to bring people together. So, since I started practicing law on 2018, I have dedicated most of my time to advise entrepreneurs from the beginnings of their ideas and to see how their transform them in growing business. As lawyers, we have a lot to learn from entrepreneurs, especially in the field of creative thinking. The legal profession needs to adapt to the challenges of a technology driving world and working alongside start-ups puts us in a privilege spot to make these changes and keep up the pace.
My practice includes corporate structuring and governance, company and investor-side venture and debt financings, financing rounds and sophisticated instruments like convertible notes, SAFEs and KISS, private investment fund formation and operation, including CORFO backed-funds, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
