I'm a corporate associate, focusing my practice on startups/venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. I enjoy being part of a startup's journey and riding the thrilling wave with the founder and investor teams. The issues can range from routine to completely novel, but I'm always up for the challenge. Having worked at a startup in a disruptive industry myself, I understand the need to move fast, be creative and get results. I see my role as both a legal advisor and a business partner, an ideal intersection of my professional interests.
Outside of work, I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, shopping, being outdoors, working out and laughing with family and friends over great food and drinks.
