Based in San Francisco, I counsel clients on both US employment and product-related issues. In my employment practice, I navigate companies through single plaintiff and class action litigation stemming from harassment, discrimination, and wage-hour complaints. I counsel clients on how to handle everyday employment matters – hiring, termination, and everything in between – as well as labor and employment issues triggered by mergers and acquisitions. My products practice includes litigation and counseling on a wide range of products, from electronics to medical instruments, food supplements, and vehicles. I help companies comply with product safety regulations, particularly California laws like Proposition 65.
As a Bay Area native, I have witnessed its transformation into one of the most innovative and diverse regions in the world. I believe in our culture of innovation and its positive impact around the globe. I am happy to contribute to it by counseling pioneering businesses and individuals.
On a personal level, I am passionate about the Golden State Warriors (I swear I am not a bandwagon fan). My most memorable in-game moment has to be Baron Davis’ dunk over Andrei Kirilenko during Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals in 2007 – never mind the permanent damage to my hearing. And I'm unashamed of the fact that I got more than a little misty-eyed during the closing moments of Game 6 of the 2015 NBA Finals and Game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals.
