I am well versed in avoiding the sorts of international tax and operational issues that can plague the uninitiated.
Originally from Houston, I practice out of our Silicon Valley Office and make my home in Los Gatos. When I'm not exploring the vagaries of international tax law, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids. I think they enjoy spending time with me too, or at least that's what they tell me!
