As a labor and employment attorney, I counsel companies on global and US employment issues. I have advised on the labor and employment implications of numerous cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including with respect to integrating international workforces. I also help companies navigate everyday global employment matters, such as employment agreements, confidentiality and intellectual property agreements, non-competes, non-solicits, terminations, outsourcing and employee mobility.
As a former US Marine, I like to stay active. I enjoy running, hiking, bicycling, and fishing throughout the Bay Area. I live with my wife Lara and daughter Sofia in San Mateo.
