Ana-Maria Andronic

I am an accomplished IPT lawyer and a former Romanian judge. My practice includes both routine and complex IT-related transactions, and I cover the entire lifecycle and range of issues facing IT operators and investors, with an emphasis on angel and venture capital investments, Internet privacy, , copyright and trademark and all related corporate/ M&A/ labour issues.

I am also a strong contributor to the Romanian entrepreneurial business environment and co-founded Venture Connect, a biannual event that brings together top investors in the region with Romanian entrepreneurs in the technology sector who are seeking funding for their businesses. In five years, Venture Connect has become a milestone for local entrepreneurial initiatives and an investment hub in Eastern Europe, facilitating investments and paving the way to investment for over 400 entrepreneurial teams.

When I'm not working, you will find me hiking, at concerts or just at home, lying around and reading.
