The solution

Bankstream accesses bank data feeds, validates the data and feeds it into its accounting software product for accountants. Through secure connections with participating banks, Bankstream enables accountants to receive their clients' bank transactions every day, and automatically process these transactions using Bankstream's ICAEW accredited software.  Accountants are able to provide more efficient, more timely and more valuable services, while their small business clients are freed from the significant time involved in doing the books.

We assisted Bankstream with its initial structuring (which including complicated software licences arrangements with another entity sold by the Founder to MYOB / Bain Capital), employment and shareholder arrangements with key employees, funding, innovation and growth strategy, and ultimate exit (via sale to Intuit).
